I loved the location of Park Hyatt. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the main neighborhoods with bars and restaurants. Plus, tuk tuks were cheap and readily available, so getting around Siem Reap was a breeze.

I would highly recommend Park Hyatt for anyone visiting Cambodia. Despite a few minor issues, the excellent staff, convenient location, and luxurious accommodations make it a great choice for a stay in Siem Reap.

We liked the staff and rooms. There's Kfc serving quick orders really close to the hotel. Give kudos to chef.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a double height slanted ceiling, sitting area, large walk-in wardrobe, and a lovely bathroom with great amenities. The staff provide excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms with good amenities. Food was very good and especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The only issue was that the rooms are equipped with wi-fi which is great for iPhone and ipad users but some of us still require a line connection for business. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to use a connection located elsewhere in the hotel. Not convenient, but it worked.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a good location . The staff are nice, warm and helpful. I'll choose it if I come to Siem Reap again.

This is the best hotel in seam reap, and much better then you'd expect overall for a hotel in Cambodia. Luxury, Comfort and style combined with fabulous service and decor!!! Loved every minute staying here. Location was also the best in the middle of town, though it's hot, humid and hectic outside, step inside and you're in an oasis. Especially enjoyed the cold fragrant towels given to us every time we walked back inside from the street. The spa was great too we had a couple of treatments that were very enjoyable. Breakfast is also lovely and included in the room rate. A beautiful hotel.

A very different hotel that is definietly 5 stars. Right in the middle of all the action in Siem Reap. Staff were fantastc.

Having to leave after a fantastic stay

After a long day of exploring, the two outdoor pools at Park Hyatt were a refreshing oasis. The stunning decor and tranquil ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the poolside service was impeccable. It was a true luxury to have such a beautiful space to enjoy during our stay. I highly recommend Park Hyatt for a truly memorable experience.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of food to choose from. We also loved the complimentary tea and handmade soap available in the room. The hotel is located close to the main attractions and local shops. We especially enjoyed the happy hour by the pool with its delicious cocktails.

The wifi signal was not very strong in the room and the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times. However, this did not detract from our overall experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel had a central location which made it easy for me to access everything I wanted to do in this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were amazing, particularly the pools and spacious rooms. The staff were also very welcoming.

Great location, very close to the night market and other attractions. The pools were decent and clean. The breakfast had a large variety of options and the omelettes were cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small and cramped with little space for luggage. The bathroom smelled a bit moldy and claustrophobic.
